Amanda Lumadue, LMHC

Amanda Lumadue graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College pre-covid. Hard to remember life back then, right? She is a Buffalo native that is passionate about giving back, and keeping our city the City of Good Neighbors.

Amanda loves working with people who have the desire to learn more about themselves to help alleviate their mental health struggles. She has experience working in higher education, family support, and community mental health settings. Her goal is to help you on your journey, which can take many forms.

Her approach to therapy is simple: she believes you have the power to make change within you. Amanda will provide you with encouragement through education, skill building, and supportive counseling. Her therapeutic lens is eclectic, drawing from Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Theory.
