APPOINTMENTS

Office visits are by appointment only and vary according to each practitioner’s schedule. Provide at least 24-hours notice for cancellations. Your first no-show fee will be waived. Further infractions will incur a $40 fee. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to all appointments by a parent or legal guardian.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Prescription refill requests must be called in a minimum of 3 business days before your medication runs out. Please first try going through your pharmacy to have them notify us for the refill. Be sure to identify our new address (50 Dyke Rd West Seneca 14224) as we have recently moved here. If you have trouble then call our main line 716-635-5010 ext.3 and leave a message with your full name and refill request. Phone requests obtained after 3:00 p.m., will be handled the next business day.

EMERGENCY LINE

For calls that are an emergency during office hours, call our main line at 716-635-5010 and press 1 to be routed to our staff. This phone number will be routed after hours to page Dr. Vincent Croglio for emergencies. Emergencies includes but are not limited to medication side effects and lethality concerns.


For calls in which you have questions for your provider that is non-emergent, call our main line 716-635-5010 ext 3. Support staff will take a message and notify the doctor of your call. Please provide the staff with as much information as possible. We try our best to answer the messages throughout the day and you will get a return phone call as soon as your message has been answered.
