Julie McNamara, LMHC

Julie McNamara graduated from Medaille College with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings working with both adolescents and adults. Julie understands that not every client is the same and is mindful of this while choosing an approach. Julie uses elements from various approached such as dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing, to name a few. Julie is passionate about supporting
others in their journey to make the changes that they want to see in their lives.
