We will call you to set up your intake appointment.

For psychiatry / medication management intakes:

• Expect a call between the hours of 4:00pm - 7:00pm from Monday to Wednesday. The call will come from our intake coordinator, Rhonda Munn, at 716-268-3866.

• You may also receive a call during other times and days or the week from our office assistant, Alison Smith, at 716-268-8525.

• You will also receive an email from either Rhonda or Alison around the time of their phone call to try establishing contact.

For counseling intakes: ​

• Expect a call to most likely come during normal business hours from our practice manager, Theresa Totaro. ​

We try our best to return calls as soon as possible. Due to high intake request volume, please allow up to one week to receive callback.​

Please do not submit multiple intake form requests.
