BECOMING A PATIENT

New patients looking to schedule an appointment can call 716-635-5010 and press 1 to be routed to our intake line for psychiatry and counseling. If your call is not answered then please be sure to leave a message. All calls will be returned in the order they are received.

  • Due to high call volumes, it may take up to one week to return calls for new intake appointments. 

  • Intake appointments are in-person only. We do offer telemedicine services for follow-up appointments

  • We do not provide formal ADHD testing

We do not accept Medicaid, Carelon Health, Independent Health Essential plans, Empire Plan, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Fidelis, Kalos, MVP, MagnaCare, Meritan Health, Molina, AARP primary, and Aetna.   

Co-pays are to be paid at the time of your appointment. Co-pays for mental health coverage do vary from one carrier to another, review the back of your insurance card and contact your  carrier for questions regarding payment or authorizations.
