Jill Wagner

Jill brings over 20 years of customer service experience to WNY Psychiatry & Counseling Associates. Prior to joining the practice, she worked as a Patient Service Representative in an endocrinology office, where she developed a strong foundation in patient support and coordination of care.

 

Jill is known for her accuracy, organization, and friendly approach, helping ensure smooth communication between patients and the clinical team. She is committed to making every interaction welcoming and looks forward to getting to know both new and returning patients. Outside of the office, Jill enjoys DJing techno and house music, bringing creativity and energy to her work and personal life.
