Olivia Retallack

Olivia is the Patient Intake Coordinator at Western New York Psychiatry and Counseling Associates. She brings more than 15 years of experience in mental health and nonprofit work throughout Western New York, along with a BA in Psychology and an MA in Thanatology. She recently joined the New York State Public Health Association’s Mental Health Committee, continuing her commitment to promoting mental health awareness and expanding access to quality care.

Throughout her career in community mental health and crisis services, Olivia has developed a deep passion for breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and helping make care accessible to everyone. At WNY Psychiatry and Counseling Associates, she is often one of the first people patients connect with and takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive experience from the very beginning. Olivia is dedicated to helping new patients navigate the intake process and ensuring that getting started feels as smooth and comfortable as possible.
