Toni is a licensed mental health counselor who has been working with adults in community-based settings since 2008. Her passion is empowering adults to improve their understanding of mental health and wellness through a person-centered approach that is non-judgmental, collaborative, and engaging. She works from an integrative approach that incorporates flexibility, compassion, and
considers each person individually when creating goals and plans.

 

Therapy is empowering and hopeful, and her role is to meet individuals where they are and work together to improve their quality of life. Toni's experience and therapeutic style work well
with adults whose mental health challenges are affecting their quality of life. This can be related to relationships, career, life transitions, complicated or unresolved grief; and individuals with serious mental health diagnosis such as bipolar and family of individuals with serious mental health diagnosis. She is also an experienced couple therapist and incorporates the Gottman method with couples.

 

Toni is a graduate of Niagara University’s clinical mental health counseling program and currently enrolled in Capella University’s Counselor Education and Supervision PhD program.
