We are a growing outpatient mental health clinic, established in May 2022, with a strong reputation for high quality, patient centered care. Our team currently includes four psychiatric prescribers and a dedicated group of counselors, and we are continuing to expand the therapy side of our practice. This position is based in our new satellite location in Elma, NY, conveniently located within one mile of our main office, offering the feel of a close knit team with the added benefit of a growing and dynamic setting.

Our practice experiences a consistently high influx of patients, driven by both internal referrals from our psychiatric providers and an active outreach process. Clinicians can expect their caseloads to build steadily and quickly, providing the opportunity for a full and rewarding schedule while making a meaningful impact in the community.

We require a Bachelor's degree in a related field along with either LMHC, Psy D, PhD., or LCSW. Applicant must be fully licensed and done with training / supervision. You are able to create your own hours and work some of your week remotely if preferred. We are flexible with you creating your own schedule as this position functions as an hourly salaried W2 employee.
